Monday's picture was supposed to be a silhouette... well I forgot and don't have one on hand. So I'm deciding to put up a picture of what I made for dinner because it was that gooooood. This is what I like to call "Goat Cheese Ravioli a Pesto". It's goat cheese and sun dried tomato ravioli, pieces of chicken coated in adobo all purpose seasoning, and green beans... alllll coated in pesto sauce. I could have died a happy woman after eating this dish.
