Spinich Lasagna Rolls

I've been so busy the past couple weeks that I haven't really been able to cook, so Thursday night I decided that I wasn't going to do anything else but enjoy cooking something. I decided to make Spinach Lasagna Rolls that is found on Skinnytaste (thanks Anne for the link). It was soooo easy and only 16.00 for the all the ingredients... and it makes so much. I made a 13x9" pan full and a 9x9" pan full. So I will have tons of left overs.


Take your cooked lasagna noodles, dry them off and lay them flat on wax paper.


Spread out your ricotta cheese mixture on the noodles and roll them up.

Spread a little bit of tomato sauce ont eh bottom of the baking dish, then put the lasagna rolls in. Pour more tomato sauce over the rolls and sprinkle mozerella cheese on top.
Cover with foil and bake in oven at 350 for 40 minutes. 


And Wah-Lah! Delishh!!
